"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."

"The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified "

"The hotel provided many conveniences. Detailed personal items that were thoughtful. Located on a busy street with neon lights was annoying. The pillows were overstuffed and dense. I could not get comfortable enough to sleep."

"The hotel is extremely clean and all of the staff are wonderful and very sweet. They always tried their best to help us even if they had to go out of their way. For example, after were checked out and went to wait for our uber on the street, they ran after us to give us bottles of water. The sweetest people"

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location, with welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. Take a sea view room if you can for wonderful views across the harbour. Beautiful 20 minute walk into the town centre. Breakfast was excellent. Well deserved full marks. We will stay again. Thanks!"
