"Arrived 5/20 thru 5/25/2025. We will never stay at another Country Inn and Suites by Radisson again! We thought a Radisson endorsing this hotel be nice. It was not! Nothing was clean in this hotel. It was filthy, gives Radisson a bad name. 1.Bathrooms weren't clean. Mold in the shower. Floors not mopped/swept. Spoke with front end about cleanliness. Didn't care. Asked front end person Thursday morning if room could be cleaned/sheets changed, vacuumed, 2 orange nasty stains by the bed made wife nauseous. Attendant ask full service done? She was told yes full service please while we were out for the day. Only thing was done was the bed was made. No clean sheets, not vacuumed, bathroom left the same way, mold still there. 3. Not the standard for Radisson hotels. Bacon was greasy, eggs were watery, waffle maker not very clean. One toaster, waffle make, line was long for each. Not a good selection of fruit, definitely not fresh. Prepackaged food was good, yogart, cereal. Creamer for coffee sat out 24/7, little gummy from the spouts. Bare minimum provided. Trash cans were always overflowing inside/outside hotel most of the time. 4. Didn't use pool or hot tub."

"We were only there 12 hours, trying to get some sleep before an early morning flight. Granddaughter really enjoyed the pool slide, but it was like a sauna sitting in the pool room, and very loud. Room was really large, but there was popcorn on the floor between one bed and the center nightstand, and when I took the bathroom mat off the side of the tub there were several really long black hairs under it. Other than that, it was fine. Except although the phone was flashing, it did not work. Didn't even have a dial tone. But the hot water was really HOT!"

"For the price i paid, i can’t complain too much. But one thing i think they should do better is to put an extra lamp. The room is very spacious and relatively clean. It has all the basic things. Location is convenient. No sound proof but my ear plug worked for me and of course it’s very outdated. Walmart is just across the street, if you want to grab some snacks. If other hotels in the area are overpriced, and if you don’t mind the things I mentioned, maybe you can give it a try."
