Heated 85°F from November–April. Runs 10 AM–6 PM. Weather may affect heating. Pool controls are management-only; tampering = $500 fine + repairs. Off-season heating (May–Oct) available for $30/night.

Pet Policy:
One dog allowed with prior approval + fee. Provide breed & weight. Dogs under 1 year or restricted breeds (Labradors) not allowed. Unauthorized pets = $500 fine. Protective couch covers provided for pets.
