"Everything was great. I would stay here again. I really like the complimentary breakfast and the small snack food store by the front desk as well. The one thing was that a ground light used to illuminate the building shined directly in my window and the light was not blocked out by the black out curtains. As someone who can only sleep in pitch dark, this was annoying. But this is easily overshadowed by how great the hotel was. "

"This is our "go-to" home when we visit family in the Baldwin area. Always clean, good lighting, spacious enough for suitcases & enough outlets for electronics, good complete breakfast, clean pool area. Back side of hotel looks out into rural woods -- no neighbors! Many of the desk personnel greet us like old friends after several visits, and are helpful & friendly. I want to commend a newer employee Cheyenne on the 2nd shift -- we needed a little extra bedding to secure a 3-year-old in one of the beds ..... then had to contact her twice for help with the television. The second time, she came up to the room and located a disconnected cable, and was STILL friendly & helpful. We have stayed at both Baldwin hotels & find this one superior."
