"Excellent place to stay and very friendly staff and reasonable prices"

"First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too high to not include anything. I would be fine with that IF it was half the price. The beds were also pretty hard and not very comfortable. The boat gets very hot in the sun, but if you open the doors, it cools down quick. The place is about a 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot. I expected it to be a little less of a walk. They did send very nice detailed directions with photos. The pictures were a really good touch and definitely helped find it. Overall, I liked the novelty of it, but I didn't like the price for what you get. "

"Perfect choice if you want to stay in this part of town. The place was spotless, comfortable, and far better than a hotel, so I give it a full ten out of ten. A golf course sits nearby too, so bring your clubs if you are a player."
