"We love this motel, and it is undergoing a major upgrade which was pleasing. Some shabbiness still, with hole in wall and poor floor instal in bathroom and stairs to 2nd floor. But overall very nice bed, bathroom, kitchen and ammenities, decor and fabulous view. Bonus to have free minigolf nearby and beach access. Service was friendly. Excellent value in the off season"

"This waterfront property is convenient to get to. Boardwalk in front along the waterfront makes for a nice walk. Rooms all have a view and the restaurant on the property served great food. Property is kept clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if I return to Vancouver Island."
