"The property was in a state of disrepair, and it is noted the property currently has a “For Sale” sign, providing some understanding of the cause of the very poor state of the rental. Areas below acceptable standards were as follows: 1. Spiral staircase to top bedroom unsafe. Top handrail is unsecured, and a pole fell out one night while the stairs were not in use. "The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"
