"This was likely the most horrendous place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed in many plades. When I arrived, there was a sign at the front desk to say call this number if no one's here. I called the number twice and got voicemail. A guy walking by who was not an employee of the hotel told me that the employee would be back in a few minutes. When I asked her about the number she said it was a number for the day manager so apparently there's no way to get in touch with her. The first room that I was given did not have a deadbolt lock. I went back to the front desk and asked her about a deadbolt lock and she didn't know what a deadbolt lock was. I took her back to the room and showed her. She opened the room next-door, and it also did not have a deadbolt lock. Finally, I was given a room all the way around on the other side of the hotel that had a deadbolt lock but the floor was so sticky my shoes make noise when I walked across the floor. I have never stayed at a hotel that runs your credit card for a deposit prior to you even staying but they ran $100 deposit on my credit card and stated that I would be getting it back in 4 to 6 business days. I have not checked but I definitely will be checking to see if I get that refund. You do not want to stay at this hotel. Forgot to mention at about 1 o'clock in the morning there was a woman right outside my door just screaming. I called 911 and explain the situation to the sheriffs."
