"The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again."

I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. "The house was clean and cute and the location was perfect. Kitchen was easy to use and the Keurig was fully stocked! The beds were comfy. We had 6 people And it didn't feel crowded. I love that there is a dish washer and laundry available. Check in and check out we're super easy.... highly recommend!"

"My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend during a Manchester-area soccer tournament. It was the perfect landing spot. We were able to easily do my son's uniform laundry in the basement which was safe and clean. The place was quiet and my son reported that the sofa sectional which adapts into a full-sized bed was fine for him. We walked across the street and got pizza one night and were able to use the kitchen to cook, no problem. We will return back in the future for sure!"
