"Top quality house with every thing you would need including a very friendly owner.. Quiet and peaceful and near enough to visit Mantova Ferarra and Modena. However very close by is the brilliant Carnival Museum at Bergantino. Go on a Wednesday morning when there is also a very good market."

"This was an amazing property. Myself and 7 others checked in for a long weekend away. We were all blown away at how beautiful the house and garden were. We spent the weekend relaxing in the garden, using the pool and sauna, eating outside and having movie nights. The setting is so idyllic. The property is tucked away in the countryside overlooking a vineyard. It is about 20 minutes in a taxi from the city centre which makes it easy to get to. Remember to bring cash for the taxi as the internet...

"Ideal for getting away from it all (we went on honeymoon) tucked away from the crowds. Ideal for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. It has a lovely outdoor space for sitting in the sun or shade of the olive tree. My one suggestion for improvement would be better directions / labelling of the property as it took us ages to find. The other one would be it needs some tea towels! Thanks Serena for being a wonderful host."

"The location was excellent for people travelling by train, just a few minutes from the train station. Perfect for a short stay with trips by train to the surroundings. Although the kitchen/sitting room is very small it is very well equipped and the bedroom is very cosy. We appreciated the absolutly quiet location in the backyard! It was our first "automatic check in" and we were surprised how well it worked. Altogether a very nice experience and we would definitely return if we came to Mantova...

"My first priority was being able to host a large rehearsal dinner for my sons’s wedding. It worked out perfectly! Communication was frequent and I found the owner very easy to work with and very accommodating! The only problem we encountered was with a dog on the property (bite) but that too was handled quickly and professionally. Truly would love to come back"

"The property and the area were absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The area is near Garda (15-20 mins), Verona (25-25mins) and Venice (80 mins), with plenty of beautiful countryside and nice towns/villages nearby. We stayed in La Torretta which was just perfect. "We had an amazing stay at the villa. After 3 days in Venice arriving at the villa was everything we hoped for and more, especially the hot tub! The town was lovely and it was great to be able to walk in to it. We used local bars and restaurants and got all the shopping we needed. We visited Lake Garda, Mantua and Verona - all really worth visiting 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay here! The property has everything you need including a lovely bright and open kitchen, and a great outdoor patio and seating place to enjoy the views. This place is isolated in its setting but not in location and is close to big supermarkets and bigger towns for day trips. "We loved our stay here. Comfy mattress, good pillows, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, good hot water and pressure and managed very well. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Grocery stores within walking distance. Property was very well decorated and comfy. We can’t say enough about the gracious owner and how much she helped us! Highly recommend!"

"We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"

"Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again"
