"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "El chek in fue confuso, tardaron en atender, se tiene que marcar a un numero llegando pero normalmente somos turistas extrangeros , lo que hace dificil marcar para comunicarse, trate de mandar memsaje y no me atendian, hasta que un vecino me ayudo a marcar el numero para que me recibieran. La limpieza terrible en general"

"The property was in pretty bad shape, but the host was very nice and helped us when there were issues"

"I booked the Easy Downtown Inn and only when I arrived did the host tell me that the place was not available and took me to another accomodation that I would have never booked on my own. No discount was given for the inconvenience and I had to share the area with another family which I did not intend to do."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space, which made it really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for my workouts. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!"
