Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but bizarrely no spoon to stir my morning coffee. Otherwise a functional yet comfortable room showing some signs of ageing."

"A very warm welcome, greeted by very friendly staff. The room radiator wasn't working but it was fixed within a few minutes. Excellent breakfast in very comfortable surroundings. Perfect location for Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove etc. Very good value for money. Highly recommended."

A variety of breakfast items are available as well as an option for full english. Hosts Richard and Karen were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again, and would thouroughly recommend staying at The Clarence."

"The best B&B experience you could ask for . Me and my husband we decide to book something in Bournemouth and we discover this amazing guesthouse and obviously Jane and Ged witch they are great hosts . Room it was small but very nice. Breakfast is lovely. Highly recommend for anyone. "

"Nice size room. Sadly we couldn’t open the window. Shower temperamental. Had evening meal both days, they were fine. Breakfast ok, but didn’t like paying for each item, this can add up and be expensive. Would rather have a set price. Lots of onsite parking. "
