"Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

"Great location, just blocks from Ladbroke Station and Portabellio Rd. The flat was just as described. Comfortable bed in the loft - mind the narrow stairs to climb up and down. It wasn’t an issue for me though. Communication was super easy and host was very responsive. Quiet building, never heard a peep from neighbors. Mild street noise during the day - as to be expected. I would gladly return again and recommend to others. "

"Train station is a little bit of a walk and where you get off is a little unsafe during the day much more at night. Taking the bus felt more safe and it’s much closer. The flat is clean and in front of a park so it’s nice and close to a convenient store. The front door was hard to open at first but once you learn the trick to it, it’s ok. Two things I wasn’t happy about are the washing machine/dryer combo. It takes SO long to finish and the pull out bed in the living room is very uncomfortable....

Loved the Notting Hill neighborhood, the cleanliness of the flat, the wonderful quality bath and bed linens, the ample storage for clothes etc, and the relaxing patio. "Convenient location, easy access to convenient bus routes and the Bakerloo line. The flat is nice and bright, and a good base for exploring London. Host was responsive and efficient. You will hear the hustle and bustle of the street below but that's to be expected in any large city."
