"We arrived early, without notice, and with a load of request, as my elderly mother was with us. We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will definitely come back...

"The staff was lovely and friendly. The room was ideal for what we needed. The bathroom light did flicker at times but didn’t bother us as we only stayed for one night. The hotel as easy to find, with 4-5 parking bays. The garden was beautiful. Did have any food whilst there but looked good. The beds are decide, the area was nice and quiet! I would stay again, as soon as I get to my room I would check to see if the heatings on or not. My room was toasty! Lovely thou. Thank you! We will see you...

"Was greeted warmly by an old gentleman who k8ndly checked us in 25 minutes early. He wanted us to have a big room upstairs but was concerned about our heavy luggage. Problem solved when he got his daughters to take our cases up for us. So kind. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower worked quite well, but bot a power shower. Breakfast had both cold and hot options and we were able to make hot drinks downstairs whenever we wanted to. Pleasant outside...

"The room was comfortable and clean. The reason I give four stars is the noise I experienced from the pub downstairs . I could not see where to regulate the heating too. Overall a good place and will be booking regularly."

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "

"Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

Before I booked, I knew it was a small room and to be fair, I was offered to pay a little bit more to upgrade, but the room had everything I needed and I didn’t care it was small. I’m 6’5 and only had a couple of places where it was difficult for me to stand, but this did not cause a problem for me, as it wasn’t a surprise it was small. "I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks"

"The initial check-in was frustrating as there wasn’t sufficient parking which having to mount the pavement and squeeze in between a car and the entrance to the hotel. My car was an obstruction The site photos are very outdated. The decor is very run down The surface is clean "

"Fantastic place to stay in the city while being away from the hustle and noise of London. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, situated in a nice residential area, the guest house provided great beds and personal service as well as being flexible on our early arrival. We walked with our suitcases from a nearby tube stop which allowed easy access from the Waterloo station. I highly recommend this lovely place. "
