"We loved staying at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms were comfortable (Although the air conditioning could have been a bit better). Everywhere was spotless and constantly being tidied up. The cost of food, snacks and drinks was resonable but we found the breakfast a bit expensive as we don't eat much in the morning and there was no options to get a smaller, cheaper, breakfast. The surrounding grounds are very nice and well looked after. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet throughout the day and night with all guests being very respectful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break near Carcassone."

"Great location, top service especially from the management team, really clean rooms and comfy beds, the actual building itself is very beautiful looking out on to the river, the images don’t do it justice. "

"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "
