"Nice house! We love it! "

"This is a great house. The kitchen is well appointed. TV was easy to use. There was a nice collection of amenities, even poker chips. The beds are all very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The game room and bar in the converted garage is nice. The best part of the house is the beautiful deck. Very nice to sit out there and watch the river go by. The downstairs bar is nice too. The dock is practically brand new and was perfect for out two wave runners. The water is not very deep right there and the current can be very strong. We saw lots of beautiful bird life on the small island just a few yards away. The house is only 2.4 miles form Havasu Springs marina where we got a slip for our surf boat to enjoy on Lake Havasu. This was very convenient. riding the wave runners on the river is fun. Best of both worlds.We really enjoyed this house and would love to stay again."

"Everything was good except the room door lock did not function properly , requiring front drsk assistance to open on several occasions over my two night stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! We tried four different locations in Parker and by far the Hampton Inn was the best. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and inviting, the continental breakfast was the best one we’ve been to in Parker. Highly suggested! A+."

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time"
