"Ronald and Abdeslam were excellent hosts with great communication, which was very comforting for my first trip to Morocco. A friend of mine who speaks French made the check-in process a little easier when I arrived on-site, but doing it all in English would have been sufficient. When you arrive, you may be approached by the security guards for the building if Abdeslam isn't immediately on the street. They are friendly. The place itself was very nice and covered all my needs. "The number of beds promised were not available in the apartment we were given. This alone would have been overlooked. However, when a few concerns were raised with the owner, he came by briefly and never returned. Irritants included washing machine was left on with clothes in it for our entire stay, one toilet did not flush properly and the other had a broken seat, refrig was broken and hot water was spotty. Nothing major and all that could have been addressed which is somewhat the point. "
