Charming chalet with unique location on the slopes near shops
We rent a unique chalet by its location that we completely renovated in 2018. It is an old sheepfold dating from 1874 inhabited by "the old lady with hens". We have converted it into two independent apartments of 110 m2 each.

It is located at the bottom of the hiding track, still snow-covered thanks to numerous snow cannons.

You leave and arrive on skis in front of the chalet. Children can descend to the ski school by an easy slope in 30 seconds.

The village of Arc 1600 and its shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot as well as the funicular which allows you to connect Bourg Saint Maurice.

We welcome you personally on your arrival, your luggage and your groceries will be transported by us in a caterpillar. The most tired can also enjoy it.

On the ground floor :

-bedroom 2 double bed 160.

-bedroom 3 double bed 160 and 1 folding single bed

-bedroom 4 dormitory 4 single beds 80.

Magnifique chalet

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet se trouve sur les pistes, à deux pas du centre de la station arc 1600. Les propriétaires sont charmants, réactifs et le chalet parfaitement équipé pour recevoir petits et grands. Tout était propre et prêt à notre arrivée. Nous avons même eu le pain frais livré tous les matins ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Situation exceptionnelle

Chalet avec une situation exceptionnelle sur les pistes mais à distance à pieds de la station. Propriétaires au top. Le chalet est moderne et en parfait état, très bien équipé. Départ et arrivée ski au pieds. La terrasse au sud est top si comme nous vous avec une semaine de beau temps. Juste au dessus de l'ESF donc très pratique aussi avec les enfants, pas besoin de porter les skis.

accueil tres chaleureux des propriétaires avec prise en charge des personnes et des bagages +++ . le chalet sur les pistes dispose d,une vue magnifique .il est tres chaleureux et son equipement est complet. tout est neuf donc forcement propre et entretenue . Je recommande vivement cette location .

Ce chalet est idéalement placé, sur les pistes, on chaussait juste devant la porte du chalet. Il est très facile et rapide d'aller au village à pied. Tout est cosy, spacieux, bien aménagé avec de nombreux rangements. La vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles. On ne voulait plus repartir. a conseiller vivement.
