Well-equipped, pleasant studio ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Located in Arcs 1600, close to shops, the funicular from Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the ski slopes. Direct access to chairlifts: put on your skis as soon as you leave the apartment.



Ideal location:



Located in the upper part of the La Cascade residence (penultimate alley), the studio apartment is ski in/ski out. It's effortless to get to the ski lifts - all you need to do on the first day is carry your skis to the ski locker at the entrance.



Accommodation:



Clean, optimized studio on the 2ᵉ floor, with unobstructed mountain views and a glimpse of the south face of Mont Blanc.



Comprising a main room with:



- Functional kitchen area

- One double bed

- Two trundle beds



Access and facilities :



- Secure ski locker, 10 m from the slopes

- Blankets provided



What to bring:



- Bed linen and towels are not provided (fitted sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.).



Please protect mattresses and pillows. Linen can be rented from the Les Arcs concierge service (according to schedule).



Important rules :



- Studio strictly non-smoking

- No cleaning fee included: accommodation must be left clean. If cleaning is necessary, €200 will be charged.

- Please respect the premises and equipment.



This studio is ideal for making the most of the Les Arcs ski area, while staying in a simple, practical and welcoming space.



It is not intended as accommodation for professionals or craftsmen working on construction sites.
