"We stayed 10 nights. I travel with my brother who is on the spectrum so I usually have a few specific requests about room types and which floor we like our room to be to on (and usually a few change requests after we arrive....) to avoid triggering him during our stay. None of the employees ever seemed annoyed or like I was bothering them when I asked if we could get special requests or potentially change room. Super staff! Special shoutout to Quincy and Gilmar.
