"A no frills hotel. People are very friendly. Hotel is quiet at night. I needed some work done on my truck at the Petro. The hotel is next door. It's not bad but I wouldn't think a person that has high(er) expectations would find it agreeable. The price is affordable and the hotel reflects a more common sense approach as opposed to the more extravagant choices in town."

"We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The cottage was clean and stocked with all the kitchen and bath stuff we could possibly need. The cottage decor is very homey and comfortable as can be. The grounds are gorgeous. The lake and dock are the highlight of the property and they also have turkeys, ducks, chickens and rabbits. We're nature lovers and felt right at home. We did not hardly see the Raulersons and we had our privacy to the degree that we never even met them, although I would have liked to. If we are in the area again we plan to return. Thank you, Raulersons, for everything."

"This was the perfect location for my group. We were seeking something a bit secluded, spacious enough to comfortably fit a group of 10, and close to shopping and dining. This place fit the bill perfectly! The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were able to do some fishing and caught some nice bass. I'd definitely stay again when in the Jacksonville area."
