"The staff delivered impeccable service! Everyone welcomed us into the space and we felt right at home. We stayed in the Royal Mandala Suite, which has a fantastic balcony overlooking the lake. The gym was nice, the meditation room felt much like a Buddhist temple. The artwork is beautiful!! The breakfast and room service was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was that things could have been a bit tidier, cleaner."

"Spectacular views all the way to the ocean! Spacious accommodations….great fit for our family. And a special treat awaited us upon arrival…my favorite flavor of Julian pie! The host went well above and beyond to ship back some things my brother had left there. We really appreciated that!!Great host and great space…loved it!"

"We came to the Tree House for our 21 year anniversary. My husband, and our three children (12, 10, 8). Breathtaking views, super-comvenient and comfortable cabin with all the amenities easily accessable and available. I wish we could stay longer - thank you for a great time!"

"This is an awesome and unique space in the desert just below Julian, CA. Reni is both the host and the artist responsible for much of the beauty inside the space. Amazing dark skies are visible here and it’s wonderfully quiet most of the day. There isn’t AC but there is a pump based cooling system. The property stays relatively cool even in the heat but be prepared to sleep in a warmer room than you may be used to."

"This cute little house was just what I needed for relaxation and solitude. It's on a very quiet road. The only noise was the wind in the trees and the birds singing. The outside seating options provided plenty of places to enjoy coffee, a barbecued meal, or just having conversation. The decor inside is thoughtfully put together, and very comfortable. I visited the California Wolf Center, which is conveniently located only a mile or so away from the property. It was certainly one of the highlights of my stay. I would definitely consider staying there again."
