"Hosts were so hospitable. They were friendly and helpful throughout our one night stay. The apartment was clean and the breakfast was wonderful and in an ideal setting of a grand kitchen dining room. The location and accommodation oozes tranquillity and calm. "

"The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"We wanted a place away from the urban area and this farm house didn’t disappointed us. It is a lovely house made of beautiful and expensive wood. We had to go through very adventurous mountain roads which we loved. Good facilities to have for a self catering location. Don’t expect a big market within few miles in the area. The owner Mr Burger who also lives next door has a very friendly and good personality."

Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "Even though I don’t think it was intentional our check-in was a bit off putting. The air conditioning or fan didn’t work, quite stuffy so we had to leave windows open all night. Only one low pillow, found this uncomfortable even though bed comfortable. Carpets quite stained. Breakfast was 27CHF ($46 AUD each) felt this was very expensive. Pleased there was plenty of free parking. Easy walk into town centre."
