"Me and my husband stay here at the cottage house was safe & looks exactly as shown in pictures! Host communication is excellent! Only issue I had was I spotted a dead roach and a few bugs in corners etc . In my opinion house keeping should kill critters and spray some insects spray! But overall a good stay very comfortable and safe! "

"We just arrived home from the best vacation in TCI! We chose this house for the proximity to the beach (literally in the backyard) and the pool. Neither disappointed! "Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views."

"North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

"The picutres dont serve justice how beautiful the grounds are at this place. You have a private cabbana that looks like something out of a movie. The place is beautiful inside and out and very accomodating. We felt well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. Alison is the best host and we would 100 percent stay again. Good location to get to all the best parts of the island. If ypu domt feel like exploring for a day, just chill down at the teal blue waters at your doorstep. Incredible sunrises...

"Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Wasn't too impressed with the Mudjin bar and Grill on site - we went for Sunday morning brunch. "LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. "This was a last minute trip and couldn’t have been easier or more beautiful. We’ve seen many beaches around the world and Dragon Cay and Mudgin Bay left us speechless.
