We also wanted to be in the 'neighborhood' in order to experience the island, away from all of the touristy pressures during the Christmas holiday. We found this perfectly acceptable facility at the Dorado White House, including a sincere and, though relatively new, a concientious host."

"This adorable little house in Salinas was the perfect setup for 3 friends. We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The shared space was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We would love a return visit!"

"We loved the time we were able to spend with with family and friends. The people we met there were very friendly and respect. We loved the sights, animals and house. We felt at home and safe. The house was well set-up for our vacation and look forward to returning next year! Thank you for the wonderful experience."

"It's as though the owner ordered the entire house from IKEA, and told them to furnish it like a freshman dormitory. The primary complaints are the layout and the lack of furnishings. There's no rug or runner, so you walk from the pool onto the cold, slippery tile. We had to buy everything except toilet paper. I get that sometimes there are no condiments, but this place had no salt, pepper, foil, pot holders, dish towels, storage containers, or sauce pan. There's virtually no prep space on...
