"Great hotel - superb staff Very good location "

" Breakfast good. Rooms good size and clean. Housekeeping - well. Had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still came into the room. We removed the sign from the door about 3 mins later but no housekeeping even though they were doing the room opposite. We never had our room cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. Apart from that our stay was fine, though the lifts can be a bit slow."

"The room was clean and newly renovated, although the new microwave did not work. But the big complaint we had was that the code to enter the building did not work. We got lucky and entered because somebody else was coming out. There is no help on site so we used the help resources on the app, which were limited to a chatbot and an email address. We emailed and explained that we couldn’t enter at night. We did not get a reply until the next morning! If we hadn’t been lucky to catch the door when somebody left we would have been locked out all night! So it’s very risky to stay here."
