"Patio window broken, food still in fridge, communal areas filthy and covered in pigeon mess. Communal areas also had very strong dirty smell. Flat itself was OK (apart from the above) but the door did not look very secure."

"Best Shower in any hotel!! Pizza available 24 hours a day Takeaway food can be brought in and consumed on the premises with a drink from the late night bar. (Viking Pizza across the road until 1am). Gain 500 IHG points per day if you don't need housekeeping. Staff very friendly and efficient; nothing too much trouble. Clean rooms and property. Well equipped, comfy room: Fridge, alarm clock, Smart Samsung TV (terrestrial only). Desk. Air Conditioning. Central location with off-site car parking a few minutes away. Clientèle appears to be largely a mix of business and couples. Thanks for a great stay."
