Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.

Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal - across the street from the beach and only a mile to the train station. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great group stay

We stayed here for a girls weekend, ranging from our 30s to our 70s...it was perfect for all of us. It is definitely a "beach house" which has a nice casual feel. Some of the bedrooms dont have privacy, but it was not an issue for us at all. The kitchen was well equipped which was great.

Great House Great Location

Perfect location on Wollaston Beach. Short drive to T station made it easy to get downtown. Perfect for our families visit to Quincy and Boston!

View of the ocean

Everything was good. Small market 1/2 away, as well as a couple small cafes. The Only problem is "walk through bedrooms", to get to the second bedroom on both floors, which wouldn't be comfortable for every one.

Great Location

Easy and quick access to the T. 4 minute drive. Beach right across the street. Easy to downtown, depending on the time of day. We would definitely stay there again!

Unbelievable Find on the Beach!

It was a perfect fit for our large family of eight!! The area is perfect access to all sights Boston while providing a great hideaway for quiet evenings at the beach. The house was very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay for our family! The home is across the street from the beach which was incredible to be so close! The kitchen is a highlight as well, it is open, newer appliances, and has plenty of room! I recommend this to others!

Close to everything

We had a great time with friends as we traveled from this lovely location to Salem, Boston and Newport. Were were able to return to a comfortable atmosphere each night to refresh and prepare for the next day. The house has a unique charm.

Everything you need!

Took a few girls to the beach house for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! So well stocked with everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, and so much more. Great location and check in/out were both very easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Boston Holiday Weekend

This was a perfect house for our annual holiday weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the T into Boston. When we arrived the table was set for 6, complete with wine glasses which was a nice touch. If you choose to cook the kitchen is fully stocked. There was also enough seating in the living room for all 6 of us, something we don't usually find in a rental. We were right across the street from the water and had a beautiful view of the sunrise and of Boston. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Quincy near the beach

Comfortable large home. Quirky but fun, centrally located with a short ride to Boston proper or south to Plymouth or Cape Cod.

Girl’s Trip

The house has a nice location and a great open floor concept that help in creating lasting memories with the people you love. Access to major highways, downtown Boston and some great restuarants in Quincy.
