The house layout is as below:

The first floor has a large chef grade kitchen, living and dining area with a half bathroom. As well as an outdoor access to the patio -which has a fire pit and private Igloo to enjoy some marshmallows and relaxation time. The outdoor area is fully fenced.

The second floor has 4 rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The second floor has one king bedroom and en suite master bath, one additional room with an en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms that share a full bathroom (located outside the rooms)

The third floor is a game room and 3 twin beds. This is a really fun and exciting part of the house encompassing a holiday/resort feel exciting for both kids and adults equally. The room contains a movie projector experience along with arcade game, darts and air hockey. What fun!

The basement floor of the house consists of an ergonomic work setup with desk, chair and monitor as well as a poll table (who does't like a break in between some work :)) The floor also has a bedroom and a full bath.

HOME RULES
1. PARKING The property has 4 dedicated parking spots. 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Please only use these spots and avoid parking on the street, as the city has strict parking rules and tickets are common.

2. QUIET HOURS Backyard access is restricted after 8 pm to observe quiet hours. Our neighborhood has kids and elderly residents, and unfortunately, some past guests ignored this rule, causing noise and smoking issues that led to community concerns. We respectfully ask you to follow this rule so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. Lastly no smoking of any kind is permitted inside or 50 ft outside. The house layout is as below:

Each floor has its own heating and cooling allowing all quests to have the temperature of their prefernce during their stay.

Home Rules
🚭 NO SMOKING
$1000 fines for any kind of smoking ( inside or outside on the property/backyard and within 300 ft of the house)

🛑 $5000 penalty for hosting any events or gathering. The house and community has strict rules of quiet hours between 9 pm and-7 am

❌No pets: $1500 penalties for pets covering deep cleaning and odorization

🔇Quiet hours between 9 pm -7 am
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and the house has quiet hours between 9 pm -7 am. Please use the outdoor premises before the quiet hours, this is to ensure the neighbours and community are not disturbed.

🅿️ Parking
Maximum 4 car limit. Two in garage and two on the driveway. NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED, it’s will be reported by the community (VERY STRICT)

NO Vans, RV / U-HAUL or COMMERCIALS cars ALLOWED.

🚨 Reservation will be cancelled immediately if anyone of the above rules are broken!
