"The host is lovely and responsive to our concerns. The apartment itself is spacious and user friendly. Proximity to dog park and walking along the Charles is wonderful. It is easy to get to almost everywhere in the boston area we wanted to go. The biggest problem is the enormous construction project across the street from this property leading to day time noise and shaking felt throughout the day if you are home. All of Western ave is 'under extreme renovation"ultimately good for the area but...

"Perfect for our family of 4; two singles & 1 couple traveling to celebrate our graduate. Very comfortable & photos presented accurately. We enjoyed morning coffee on the small back porch looking eastward. Very easy & reliable communication with the Host, they checked in making sure we had everything we needed, much appreciated. Nice to walking towards the North with a coffee shop & sizable grocery store within 10 minute walk. Very pleasant to be there, we highly recommend it. "

"Exactly what we were looking for! The apartment was spacious and loved looking out on the balcony in the morning. When we come back to Watertown we will definitely try to stay here again!"

"This was a lovely bottom duplex in a quiet neighborhood. An off the street parking space is included. Yet while it is a residential street there are several restaurants in walking distance and less than five minutes to a large outdoor mall with lots of chain restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Laundry is in the basement, so to use it you must be able to do some steps, but it worked well. "
