"Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was excellent, but I was surprised by the lack of options to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room after our late (midnight) arrival from the airport. There isn't even a single hot drink machine on the floor or reception! Room service only until midnight."

"We had one night here after flying in to Brno. We arrived around 1030 and were able to check in straight away. Parking is free. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the room very quiet. Its around 15 mins from the centre by tram, or 40 minutes on foot. The breakfast was really good, plenty if choice. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly."

My suggestion would be to have more tables for guests at breakfast time, also, perhaps extend the length of time for breakfast as everyone seemed to be there at 8.30am. "The staff made sure we had access to locked parking for our motorcycle. The room had a small kitchenette which was clean but walls were marked. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Next door to an ice hockey rink so we got to see a match. Not sure about the neighborhood but we were only staying one night"
