"I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian....

We were staying at Villa Tea B&B during Covid-19 period which is why there were no other guests but the two rooms which we occupied with our family. The host family made us feel home away from home - great experience!"

"Wonderful option and the best price if you want an accommodation near the Serravalle outlet which is 15 min away. The owners are very friendly and speak English. The area is very peaceful, quiet, and safe. The house is on top of the mountain with a wonderful view, cool in the summer. The center of the village is a short walk away. Very good breakfast for 5 euro per person. If you want an authentic Italian village experience - this is it. "

"Ho scrlto questo b&b per festeggiare i miei 30 anni. La location è meravigliosa e tenuta molto bene. La piscina é in una posizione perfetta per godersi la golden hour sui vigneti. Le camere sono molto ampie, spaziose e moderne. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili fin da subito. Purtroppo non è possibile cucinare, ma solo scaldare piatti già pronti. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, sia per la location, la posizione strategica (a 1h30 da Milano) che per l'accoglienza."

Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) .
