"Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with 2 beds and were given a different room that only had one and a very uncomfortable couch. When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock. "A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"
