"Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds for the windows. Will happily stay there again. "

"Great - 4th floor so view of the sea. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Nice towels. Biscuits, water and lovely breakfast included and they kindly let us leave our bikes in the lounge. Very friendly and will stay there again as great value for money. "

Good food but service was a litttle slow, we gather this is a newly opened property so.expected a few 'teething problems. I would recommend having a bell on reception or more presence there by staff as we had to chase them up (out the back of property through kitchen)to check out and pay...not sure everyone would bother?! Great place, good value, would definitely stay again."
