"der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung,allerdings war das Haus sehr ausgekühlt,wir mussten die ersten zwei Nächte 2 Decken benutzen. Auch wurde die Heizung nicht wirklich warm! Wir hätten auf die Bettvorläger gerne verzichtet,waren schon sehr abgenutzt! Es fehlt für mich eine Kehrschaufel und Besen,ich fege ..."

"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights ..."
