"I had a great stay at the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent! A special thank you to Ms.Hala and Mr. Yazan for their kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The reception staff were also very friendly and always happy to assist. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and would definitely stay here again."

"Location was perfect!!! Very nice staff!! Room was great - but bathroom was very run down and appeared old and dirty…needs a little updating, otherwise eveyrhing was great. The only disadvantages to this hotel is they have a bunch of entrances on a very busy street and there is no clear signage of where the check in entrance is etc..the Ubers get very confused with several entrances etc..also the check in could’ve been more efficient…took a while to get the card and a simple check in, but maybe she was a bit busy, I dunno. Thanks"
