"As a couple on a few days stay at this hotel it had some pitfalls due to it being really a business hotel with a conference facility. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent as well (especially Reception) but when hordes of business guests arrive/eat/drink in the hotel it gets not very holidayish for us! Overall probably 7 out of 10 as Reception were so good at providing advice and tickets (yes Tram/train tickets) . Parking a bit pricey at 24Euros a day , but it was underground and secure. Location was excellent on the lake and the exterior bar gave great views over the water and many chairs for relaxing in. The Tram stop is just outside and takes you into Potsdam - a very nice town . "
