"I really liked the person who checked me out. The ones who checked me in felt like could've had better customer service as I had to ask about parking. I was asked by other employees when I've stayed at the property in the past. I also didn't get a code for the wi-fi or was asked for my vehicle information. I also had a slight issue with my bathtub but the issue resolved itself slightly when left alone over time."

"The hotel is in a decent location between Vancouver and Portland. Only downside is that other guest can be respectful while others may not be as respectful when it comes to noise levels. Breakfast was good and the bar was good too. If you don’t want to stay in downtown Portland this is a good place to avoid the traffic."

"Great stylish hotel with helpful staff. Very clean. Great food voucher which you can use for their breakfast - I used mine every day. The hotel is in the heart of downtown near the waterfront, portland art museum, oregon historical museum, etc. All the transit lines are there as well. Getting to back and forth from airport was a breeze via the MAX light rail. Highly recommend!"
