WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Alba" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

Entspannte Frühlingswoche in den Hügeln der Langhe
Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche im liebevoll gestalteten und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Gemma und Ermano sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber und hatten sehr schnell auf unsere wenigen Anfragen reagiert. Auch konnten sie uns eine wundervolle Masseurin empfehlen, die sogar ins Haus kam. Den Pool konnten wir leider nur kurz an den beiden ersten Tagen genießen, da dann die Temperaturen sehr stark gefallen sind. Wir hatten Wettertechnisch alles, von über 29 Grad, zu strömenden Regen, dichten Nebel und Schnee. Welch eine Überraschung! 😄 Das Haus war trotz allem immer angenehm warm. Und die Bandbreite war mehr als ausreichend, trotz vieler Streamingnutzer und Homeoffice. Danke an unsere lieben Vermieter 🙏

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in den Weinbergen des Piemonte.Das Haus ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.Die netten Vermieter wohnen nebenan und versüßten uns den Urlaubsbeginn mit leckeren regionalen Produkten.Sehr zu empfehlen ist der hauseigene Rotwein! Wander, Fahrradfahren, schwimmen, saunieren für jeden was dabei.Unbebingt empfehlenswert!

Parfaitissime pour des vacances familiales dans une ambiance détendue
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à 10, - 3 familles, enfants - dans de belles pièces à vivre à côté d'une piscine de taille respectable et d'une salle de jeux avec table de ping pong et baby foot. Excellent accueil de Elena, la maîtresse des lieux, qui vit dans une superbe région, entre vergers de noisetiers et vignobles. A recommander ; la visite d'une cave et une soirée dans un restaurant local ; I Crutin à Borgomale ou la Spaghettoteca Campoleone à Benevello.
