"Bruno is an excellent person very caring and ready to help in every thing, when it was no bus to return he didn’t hesitate to come to the train station to pick me up. He gave me a very nice welcome and he help me during my check out taking me to the bus stop. The only problem is distance between main cities, so you will need a car because the transportation is very limited. Also he will need to ask the cleaning lady to do a deep cleaning specially removing the spider and cobwebs. "

"This is the perfect location for a trip to explore Bologna! It is one block off of Piazza Maggiore and you can walk to most of the sites you’ll want to see. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the area. It isn’t a quiet part of town and if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing ear plugs. I stayed in the Beatrice room and it was clean and good size for 1-2 people. There is a lift to bring you to the top floor. "This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!"

"My only comaint is the Air conditioner needs service but other than that. The staff was attentive and daily housekeeping was a nice suprise. The main 24 hour guy was especially helpful when we got locked in the apartment due to a power outage caused by the storm. He showed up within 30 minutes to fix the problem. "
