The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. We got lost on our way in and ended up dropping at a random gas station - the property owner was amazing and came and found us and lead us in. Our Internet went out and the owners were so helpful in guiding us on how to possibly resolve it and then offered to reimburse any cost associated. It was incredible. They offered support on local 'things to do' and made themselves fully available to us throughout the stay...
