"Be aware the pictures advertised are not for the whole hotel…this is for the spa part…if you ‘choose’ the 850 meter other option it’s an Aparthotel…very different vibe…disappointed with our honeymoon…the staff member upon checking in was not reading the room and very rude and dismissed our feelings and emotions about being disappointed."

"All great"

"It was a very pleasant hotel in a very central location so ideal for visiting Verona. The reception staff were extremely helpful."

"Good location!! Good prices !! But overall the hotel is so comfy and beautiful !!"

"Great location near train station short walk to city centre very helpful & friendly staff extensive breakfast options - recommended"

"The hotel determines a level of air conditioning that it feels is appropriate for its guests. So it will block your ability to lower or activate the air conditioning unit even though they have AC. Definitely a cost-savings measure. First night there was fine as i could lower the temp to 20 C or 70 F. Second night, they arbitrarily determined to limit the lowest temperature to 22 C. There was no air movement - fan or AC - in the room. We had two rooms and both rooms had this issue. We were told...

"Great place to stay"

"It is a very mixed bag. It is a very old style hotel, located right in the centre of Verona, however this made it exceptionally noisy till about 2am each night we were there - a room at the back of the hotel might have been quieter, so is worth requesting one if decent sleep is a priority. Our air conditioning was not working on arrival, but it was quickly fixed. Staff on reception were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, however staff in the breakfast room were exactly the opposite. The...

"Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good."

"This is a premier property in the heart of Verona. Being off the main walkway provided a quiet setting. Balcony with table and chairs was nice. The bed was lovely and the kitchen was well appointed. Deserves all five stars."
