"No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. "

"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. "We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️"

"The house is very nice. Perfect for a big group with its five sleeping rooms of which one is for five people. Kitchen is equipped appropriately for that amount of people and the outdoor pizza and barbecue area add a nice extra. Please be aware that the property is located at the end of a gravel road which dies not allow for super low cars to access. As we came early in the season it was still chilly. The owner Giorgio helped us to get the heating running which made it cozy inside. Together...

"This was a great place to stay. My only quibbles are that the plastic cups used for the juices at breakfast were so flimsy they almost collapse in your hand (and seemed rather downmarket), a more varied selection of fruit would have been good, and some muesli."
