"This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. We never went to the pool because we were so busy exploring this charming town and surroundings. We were disappointed that the Ninfa Gardens is only open a few days a month and the tours of the castle is only in Italian. However,...

"We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were wonderful - Incredibly welcoming, warm and supportive. They were both very helpful in offering helpful travel advice for the local area and Rome itself. The flat was perfect with all the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for access to Romes surrounding areas. The train station is just 10 mins drive and 25minutes into Rome. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The owner was super helpful in helping me get to Ariccia, and she had managers on site to help as well. The area was great for going on leisurely walks and dropping into cafes. The view from the top level condominium was excellent and it is very quiet up there. It was great!"

"This apartment is so beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! It is a very short walk to the main plaza and a super cool restaurant with antique toys that has tunnels under the restaurant you should explore! The Pope’s summer home is very close and the tour of the gardens and palace I highly recommend! Beautiful area and quiet at night which was a welcome change from downtown Rome! The views everywhere are magnificent!"

"Apartment was great. Balcony had an awesome view and it was very quiet. Marco was very helpful telling us how to get to Rome by train and helped us navigate our language barrier with the local stores and locations. He even checked if we needed anything throughout our stay. "

Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. "We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
