"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"We had a wonderful holiday at Podere Gualpoli. The villa is well-appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals and relax outside of Florence. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The views are incredible! Annamaria and Simone were so welcoming. There were lovely welcome gifts and fresh eggs. When the washer broke, Simone finished my son’s laundry at home and returned it the next day. The washer was also replaced the next day. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing Tuscan...

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Lovely countryside farmhouse offered us a place to relax in the evenings after full days of exploring Florence and many nearby cities. The place is well kept and comfortable, the pool is awesome. Communication with owner was responsive and prompt."

"A delightful blend of the old and the new! Just outside our door was a lovely garden filled with roses and flowers and stunning views of Florence in the distance. Surrounding the garden on a terrace below was a beautiful olive grove. It served as our peaceful retreat after exploring Florence, Pisa, or enjoying a day of wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We loved every moment of our stay!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 2 Famielien (9 Personen) sehr genossen. Das riesigen Haus verströmt den Charme einer südländischen Filmkulisse der 60ger Jahre des letzten Jarhunderts. Die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und abends warm abstrahlendem Haus bietet Tiefenentspannung. Für Perfektionisten oder Menschen mit Reilichkeitswahn sind die Armaturen und Fliesen aus den 60ger bis 80gern sicherlich nichts. Wer aber bäuerliches bis hochherrschaftliches Ambiente und Ruhe zu schätzen weiß kommt auf...

"Nous sommes venu pour la 2ème fois dans cet endroit paradisiaque et nous en sommes toujours autant amoureux. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits, très calme et la vue est splendide. L'intérieur du logement est cosy et la terrasse idéale pour déjeuner à l'extérieur à l'abris du soleil. Renate et ses trois beaux chiens est très discrète tout en étant à l'écoute de nos éventuelles demandes. Bref, nous reviendrons, c'est certain !"

"Herzlicher Empfang. Man hätte uns schon erwartet! Super freundliche und liebe hilfbereite Nachbarschaft Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf einen See und Olivenhaine! Generell absolut ruhig, wenn da nicht die eine Bahnlinie wäre, die ca in 200 Meter Entfernung vorbei führt. Diese ist leider deutlich wahrnehmbar. Für lärmempfindliche ist daher dieses Objekt nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist das Domizil ein Traum. Weiterhin ist zu beachten,dass nicht alle Räumlichkeiten, zumindestens bei uns...

"Einsam gelegenes Haus, nur mit geländegängigem Auto gut zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die selbst dort wohnt und sich viel Arbeit macht mit Bienen, Wein und Oliven. Tolles Ambiente, einfache Küche, ausreichend großer Pool, leider im August mit vielen Insekten da diese Wasser suchen. Ingesamt sehr ruhig und toll zum entspannen und runterfahren. Leider kein wlan."

"Die An- und Abreise durch das Gebirge war gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Pool wird erst am 1.6. eröffnet, nicht wie in der Annonce am 1.5.! Der Wasserdruck war leider auch zu niedrig, so dass Duschen und Haare waschen etwas problematisch waren. Maria hat das aber durch ihre nette herzliche Art gut ausgeglichen. Wir würden auch wieder hinfahren!"

"The location is really beautiful. There are constant shuttles to transport from one location to other within the property. Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."

"Ein sehr schönes, altes, gut ausgestattetes Haus! Der Eigentümer kümmert sich rasch um jedes auftretende Problem. Die Zimmer sind schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden. Und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer wieder malerisch. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich herausfordernd und beschwerlich; man braucht schon einigen Mut um sie zu bezwingen! Wir...
