"We stayed in late May. The cabin was wonderful and easy to find. We visited the peninsula as a day trip. Did a day in Borgarnes - Blomasetrio Kaffi, and the Settler’s Centre. Had lazy days of relaxing and enjoying the amazing views. "

"Room was large & clean. We had 2 sofas, 1 queed bed, 2 bunk beds for 4 people. Location was good after touring Snaefelsness peninsula. There was Bonus grocery nearby & lots of food choices around."

"The cottages were lovely. Enjoyed the beach being so close and quiet. The breakfast room looked a little dated when it was empty but during breakfast time it had a very friendly, peaceful vibe."

"This is a former Postmans Station House near Borgarnes. Lovingly renovated according to plans and photos. I was the only one there and I loved everything about it! The breakfast was self-serve and abundant. There is a Bonus and Netto in town if you want to make your own dinner. Be aware there is no microwave. My room included an enSuite, a table and chairs, and multiple beds (I only used the single twin). I spend three nights, which was enough to go to explore the area and take a few hikes. Loved staying here!"
