"We were extremely happy with this hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and there were many options. We loved it, the hotel highlight of our trip so far. The location was great, very central to getting around on foot to see everything. Rooms were Very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The staff as terrific. We will recommend to friends that are coming this year."

"I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up (albeit smaller and only side and top windows). Breakfast was also reasonably good. I would stay there again. The location is premium!"

"I enjoyed my time here, and the service was generally quite good. Two things I'd mention that might help future travelers. The first, and most major, is that the rooms do not have individual AC controls. The building has a cap, and will not go lower than 23 degrees Celsius (73 Fahrenheit). If you need it be colder than that for a comfortable sleep, you will simply not get that in the room. The second, the internet speed is very slow for WiFi. Each device can pull about 8Mbps when on the WiFi. I would probably return, but those two issues were a bit frustrating to deal with."

"Great location. They stored suitcase before check in which was handy. They also have a late check out. They have cold filtered water stations in every hallway which is really nice. It was quiet at night. Very little noise. Only issue was the strong chemical cleaning smell when entering the hotel. I get migraines with strong chemical smells so it was a bit off putting for me but I am sure 99% of people would not care. I would stay here again."
