The lady in reception was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately I did not get her name. There was an ongoing problem with the WiFi not working caused by a poor installation. I feel sorry for the staff and management having to suffer through this as they cannot control the actions of the installers based so far away who are in no hurry to resolve the problem. This is an older motel and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are kept very clean. Reasonably close to town centre and parks. I did not try the restaurant as I was already catered for.

Basic Motel, perfect for one or two night stay, clean with friendly staff, unfortunately the Restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, so had to head out for Takeaway for Dinner

Close to “white kangaroo viewing” but motel is very basic and in desperate need of renovation- staff shortages when we were there meant restaurant was closed but I doubt we would have been tempted anyway

I was so disappointed . Arrived and noticed that no other keys were taken.man at desk said that people were coming later.. Number 15 was given to us right near the Highway. No other cars looked deserted. Was staying with child and for over $100 expected something but not this. Opened the door and saw the bed sunken down. Curtains had extra curtains hanging by string over the top. Duct tape on back of door which didn’t close properly. Musty smell and dust. Bathroom door had blood smeared on it. Told my daughter was not safe here. Went back to reception and told them blood on door and couldn’t stay here. Was told really? Was offered a different room but gave my key back and ran . Had paid already on wotif. Feelings of Norman gates motel. Drive to Keith safer and same price for a real room. Wotif or motel inspectors need to get off their butts and see what is happening in these motels !!!!
