The breakfast team was and reception were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Saint-Jean train station when you can buses and the tramwayto the city center. "Super hotel right opposite rail station. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. It has much more charm than the many nearby chain hotels. Very easy ride to the centre on the tram just outside station. For the price I couldn’t fault it. I was at front of hotel and there can be some noise from people talking outside, but it’s a station so to be expected, and I liked the sound of trams passing by."

"Set on a nice quiet street 15 min walk to town… 15 mins drive from the train station. The staff were lovely all with a good level of English. Great self contained 1 bedroom with sep lounge living area with pull out double sofa bed. This would need a a great place to use as a base to explore other areas…. Just wish they had included milk in the ftidge"
