Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram. Staff are super friendly, really nice lobby and bar area and adequate sized rooms. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning!!

We were quite disappointed by this hotel. We were unable to regulate the temperature and the carpet in the room was filthy. The hotel is a close walk to the city centre but the surrounding area is not nice.

The hotel was great, which included the room. The hotel bar prices were expensive, which is why it was sparsely used and the few people that used it made their drink last. This policy of overcharging at the bar is a false economy.
